Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field, showcasing a solid educational foundation in design principles.
  • 12 years of relevant experience in concept development or architectural design, demonstrating a proven track record of innovative thinking.
  • Professional certifications such as LEED or PMP are highly valued, reflecting commitment to industry standards and project management excellence.
  • Experience in diverse industries, from technology to consumer products, providing a broad perspective on market needs and trends.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, with additional language skills considered an asset for international projects.
  • Strong technical skills in design software (e.g., CAD, SketchUp) and proficiency in visual presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, enabling quick adaptation to project changes and unforeseen challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and building rapport with team members and clients alike.
