Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities of the Concierge Agent:
Supports the smooth operation of the Concierge department, ensuring every aspect of the guest journey and experience is delivered at the highest standard.
Works collaboratively as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, providing prompt, courteous, and effective responses to guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Takes ownership of assigned duties and tasks, ensuring all responsibilities are completed in a timely, professional, and service-oriented manner.
Contributes to the achievement of departmental plans, objectives, and hotel initiatives by supporting operational targets and service goals.
Assists in monitoring costs and inventory, ensuring resources are effectively utilized while maintaining productivity and performance standards.
Builds and nurtures strong working relationships with colleagues and guests, actively promoting the company s culture, vision, and values.
Ensures compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, maintaining accurate documentation for internal and external audits, and following up on required actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements of the Concierge Agent:
-Experience in Concierge beneficial but not essential
-Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
-Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
-Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
-Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
-Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
-Strong communication skills
