Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Missions
- Prepare, adjust, and operate the concrete mixer motor.
- Open the doors of gravel, sand and cement silos for these materials to flow into the rocking hoppers to be weighed according to concrete product manufacturing specifications.
- Open the doors of the rocking hoppers so that the weighed materials can be poured into the mixer drum.
- Open a valve so that water can pass from the measuring tank into the mixing drum.
- Open the discharge port so that the doses of mixed concrete can pass from the drum into a conveyor.
- Check the drum timer and record the number of doses.
- Cleaning the drum
- Proceed with the implementation of concrete according to the rules of the art in the field.
- Repair defects and perform minor adjustments and maintenance as required.
- Keep manufacturing records, noting the quantities produced.
- Control the supply of admixtures to the plant.
- Profile
- General training: HGV license, good physical constitution.
- Professional training: Certificate of Aptitude for Safe Driving, certificate of aptitude to drive large concrete plant.
- Professional experience: 3 years.
