Job Description

  • Handle event inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare event proposals, contracts, and function sheets.
  • Liaise with internal departments (F&B, housekeeping, AV, etc.) to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Conduct site inspections and pre-event meetings with clients.
  • Monitor event timelines, budgets, and logistics.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Follow up post-event for feedback and future business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and update the event management system.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event planning or conference services, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, client service abilities, and sales driven.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and event management software.
