Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The main tasks of the confirmed payroll manager are the implementation of the various technical and administrative procedures relating to personnel: carrying out hiring and departures, analyzing payroll data and preparing payroll, processing absences and leave,
Validation of payroll and the execution of the declaration process with organizations in compliance with current French regulations and client business rules
The payroll manager must therefore master the preparation of payroll, its accounting and the establishment of pay slips using payroll software configured and implemented for these purposes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- minimum 5 years of experience in French payroll
- Collect and process information on employees: administrative, absence, illness, pay rise, promotion
- Process all payroll entry operations from hiring to employee departure
- Ensure the quality and consistency of the administrative management elements required for processing payroll and maintaining administrative files
- Manage the maintenance of employee files and the processing of all data relating to employee payroll in conjunction with local HR correspondents in the entities for which they are responsible for payroll
- Maintain daily contact with local HR representatives of the entities for which he is responsible in order to exchange data, inform them about payroll calculations and resolve any incidents and alert them in the event of detection of a risk impacting production or the quality of deliverables.
- Establish payroll in compliance with social and contractual legislation
- establish the DSN (nominative social declaration) to declare and pay contributions to social organizations
- Maintain the documents required by legal and regulatory provisions
- Be constantly alert to legislation
- Identify and report customer needs and/or complaints
