Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to leads and potential clients to secure vehicles for consignment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vehicle owners to ensure a steady flow of consignment opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to bring vehicles to the showroom.
• Ensure all necessary vehicle documentation is complete and accurate.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure vehicles are effectively displayed and promoted.
• Use CRM software to manage client information, track progress, and maintain detailed records.
• Stay updated on market trends and pricing to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and professionally.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Hard-working, determined, and resilient personality to achieve targets and overcome challenges.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of the UAE used car market is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation:
