On behalf of a leading luxury real estate developer in Dubai, we re seeking a Construction Lawyer to join their in-house team. This isn t about routine agreements, it s about projects that redefine luxury living and hospitality in the region.
About the RoleTake the lead on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction and consultancy contracts from tender through completion.Work side by side with project teams, commercial leads, and senior stakeholders.Negotiate with top-tier contractors and consultants, balancing risk and commercial goals.Collaborate daily with an international team of UK and US-qualified lawyers.
Requirements3 7 years PQE with a strong focus on non-contentious construction law.Expertise with FIDIC and bespoke agreements.UK, US or other common law qualification/education, OR training with a leading international law firm.Experience advising on large-scale real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects.Full-time, office-based in Dubai.
