Responsibilities

• Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

• Oversee site safety, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure optimal terms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience managing construction projects or similar roles.
• Profound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
