Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all construction activities specifically related to sports facilities.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets tailored for sports facility projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to guarantee project success.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and sports facility regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control to uphold project standards.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project sponsors and management.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction activities in sports venues.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in construction management, with significant exposure to sports facilities projects.
- Strong understanding of sports facility construction standards and specifications.
- Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
