Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, focusing on fit-out and theming aspects.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.

Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality of work.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.

Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients.

Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in fit-out and theming within the attraction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish, delivering on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience working on large-scale attractions, theme parks, or similar entertainment projects.
  • Strong network within the construction and attraction industries in Saudi Arabia.
