They needed a lawyer with significant Middle Eastern experience working on large scale projects across civil infrastructure, power and energy projects.Supporting the practice: Since establishing Peerpoint UAE, many of our lawyers have supported A&O Shearman s Projects team, working on high-profile energy, infrastructure and PPP deals from green hydrogen and renewables to major transport and social infrastructure projects across the Middle East, Africa and beyond.Oil and gas company: We have worked with a number of oil and gas organisations across the Middle East. Our lawyers have covered a variation of projects supporting and advising on the structuring, negotiation and documentation of LNG project agreements, including EPC contracts, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements and LNG sale and purchase agreements (SPA s)Maritime logistics company: The client required a mid- to senior-level lawyer with strong project finance and project development experience, including work on transactions involving major international lenders or agencies, and ease with complex deal paperwork spanning key terms, financing, and risk management.
