Our lawyers have covered a variation of projects supporting and advising on the structuring, negotiation and documentation of LNG project agreements, including EPC contracts, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements and LNG sale and purchase agreements (SPA s)Maritime logistics company: The client required a mid- to senior-level lawyer with strong project finance and project development experience, including work on transactions involving major international lenders or agencies, and ease with complex deal paperwork spanning key terms, financing, and risk management.
