Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide PMC site inspection teams, ensuring awareness of project quality requirements.
• Ensure all site activities are monitored, and relevant quality records are established and maintained.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify compliance with contract requirements, approved materials, and shop drawings, reporting deviations to the Construction Manager.
• Monitor contractors storage, handling, and preservation activities to ensure compliance with manufacturer recommendations.
• Review and comment on contractors site organization, key personnel CVs, proposed construction equipment, manpower histograms, sub-contractors, vendors, materials, shop drawings, and transmittals.
• Oversee contractors compliance with design changes, method statements, quality control procedures, inspection and test plans, safety plans, and project schedules.
• Advise on potential variations, claims, progress slippages, and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in project meetings, final inspections, punch list preparation, commissioning plans, and project closeout reviews.
• Ensure reporting and coordination of non-conformities through Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
