Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Construction Technical Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities, ensure technical compliance with drawings and specifications, and coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at site as per approved drawings and technical specifications
Ensure proper execution of civil, structural, and finishing works
Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and labor teams
Monitor workmanship quality and ensure adherence to project standards
Verify materials, measurements, and methods used at site
Identify technical issues and report to Project Engineer/Manager
Ensure compliance with safety rules, site procedures, and HSE standards
Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, and inspections
Assist in inspections with consultants and clients
Ensure work is completed as per project schedule and targets
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant technical field
5–8 years of experience in construction projects
Middle East construction experience preferred
Ability to handle manpower and subcontractors
