Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients with ENT conditions.
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and diagnostic results.
- Perform surgical procedures including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, sinus surgery, and other advanced ENT operations.
- Utilize modern diagnostic and surgical technologies to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with radiologists, audiologists, pathologists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive strategies.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior medical staff, residents, and interns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in ENT medicine through CME participation and research.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, infection control, and ethical medical practices.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records as per UAE healthcare regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized university.
- Board Certification in Otolaryngology.
- Minimum 5 years of post-consultant experience in ENT surgery and clinical management.
- Western-trained or educated candidates preferred.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
