Contexte

Our client is launching a rapid implementation project for several SAP SuccessFactors modules to make HR data more reliable, digitize key processes, and support the company's growth. The mission is part of the SuccessFactors program already underway (design phase underway).

• Duration: 150 JH
• Modality: Casablanca, Morocco

Mission objectives

• Design the functional and technical architecture of the selected SuccessFactors modules.
• Configure, test and put modules into production in compliance with SAP best practices.
• Supporting change: documentation, training of key users, hypercare support post go live.

Responsabilit s cl s

• Collect and challenge third-party needs (workshops, fit/gap).
• Write the Blueprint and detailed implementation plan.
• Configure SuccessFactors modules according to the Workbook and security requirements.
• Manage data migration (mapping, validation, loading).
• Define and execute tests (unit, integration, UAT).
• Ensure production launch, hypercare support and stabilization.
• Produce functional and technical documentation.

Expected deliverables

• Blueprint valid .
• Workbook de configuration SuccessFactors.
• Migration scripts and reports.
• Test book and minutes.
• User guides + training kit.
• Business recovery plan & security file.
• Completion report and continuous improvement plan.

Search profile

• Certification SAP SuccessFactors imp rative.
• 5 years of experience in SuccessFactors deployment with at least one end-to-end project.
• Ma trise des int grations (SAP CPI, Integration Center), des permissions RBP, XML templates.
• Experience desired in the industrial sector and multi-subsidiary environments.
• Languages: fluent French, professional English; Arabic an asset.
• Soft skills: autonomy, teaching skills, customer service skills, risk management.
