Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and configure SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting) to meet client-specific needs, focusing on optimal system performance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring data integrity and successful system implementations, minimizing post-go-live issues.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry trends within the SuccessFactors ecosystem, enhancing client capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates, new releases, and emerging technologies, proactively adapting to evolving requirements.
  • Manage and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Create detailed documentation, including configuration guides, training materials, and user manuals, facilitating knowledge transfer and adoption.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for understanding HR processes and technology.
  • Holds relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), demonstrating expertise and commitment to the platform.
  • Demonstrates 5+ years of experience implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules, showcasing hands-on proficiency and industry knowledge.
  • Has a strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices, enabling effective translation of client needs into technical solutions.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in data migration and integration with other HR systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless functionality.
