We are looking for versatile Consultants to join our team, focusing on one of three key domains: Quality & Excellence, PMO & Performance, or Strategic Planning. While each role shares a foundation in high-level analysis and bilingual communication, we are seeking candidates with specific technical expertise in their chosen field.

1. Quality & Excellence Specialist

Focuses on organizational efficiency, process architecture, and Customer Experience (CX).

• Expertise in process development, mapping, and continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in tools like MS Visio.

• Deep understanding of RACI matrices, governance frameworks, and Process KPIs.

• Knowledge of CX principles and excellence models.

2. PMO, Performance & Monitoring Specialist

Focuses on the execution of the enterprise strategy and project governance.

• Experience with performance frameworks: OKRs, MBO, and Balanced Scorecards.

• Knowledge of PMO governance, project plan development, and change management.

• Proficiency in PMO software (e.g., MS Project).

• Ability to develop templates and track initiative KPIs.

  
  

3. Strategic Planning & Studies Specialist

Focuses on high-level corporate strategy, market intelligence, and research.

• Experience in corporate-level strategy development and cascading goals.

• Background in market intelligence, policy research, and benchmarking.

• Strong grasp of research methodologies and innovation frameworks.

• Ability to conduct detailed strategic studies and feasibility assessments.
