Roles & Responsibilities

Design and implement innovation operating models, including governance structures, policies, and procedures

Drive innovation activation through campaigns, workshops, hackathons, and structured ideation channels

Translate emerging technology opportunities into practical use cases, pilots, and scalable solutions

Define and track innovation KPIs, value realisation, and organisational impact

Support compliance alignment by mapping requirements, preparing documentation, and ensuring audit readiness

Identify gaps and support remediation planning against defined frameworks

Desired Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience in innovation, digital transformation, or organisational capability development

Exposure to national or enterprise-level digital governance, maturity, or compliance frameworks

Experience supporting audits, assessments, or structured evaluation processes

Strong understanding of innovation frameworks, operating models, and governance design

Hands-on experience facilitating workshops, ideation sessions, or innovation programmes

Working knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and data platforms

Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills

Bachelor s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Public Administration, or similar

Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g. project management, design thinking, agile) are advantageous
