Roles & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement consumer insight plans in collaboration with sales and fragrance development teams.
  • Conduct and manage quantitative and qualitative research, including agency briefing, negotiation, and quality control.
  • Analyze research data critically using internal tools, linking insights to real-world actions and business impact.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration from project initiation to final delivery, including logistics and fieldwork.
  • Organize creative workshops and sessions to translate insights into winning briefs and commercial strategies.
  • Maintain transparent communication on project status, budget, and timelines with management and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

You bring:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a chemistry-related field (Master s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in market research within FMCG, research agencies, or the fragrance/flavor industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of market research, planning and organizing, and decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical and creative thinking skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with diplomacy and high ethical standards.
  • Language skills: English required; Arabic and French are a plus.
