Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Create content for employer branding and recruitment. Produce short-form videos, reels, static posts, carousels, hooks, and scripts.

Content Creation: Execute content calendars. Batch produce for efficiency. Maintain consistency in tone.

Employer Branding: Highlight work culture, performance philosophy, and growth paths accurately.

Paid Media Support: Provide creative assets for paid campaigns. Iterate based on performance feedback.

Brand Protection: Ensure all content accurately reflects working conditions and shift requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-3 years of content creation experience (Portfolio required).

Experience with recruitment or employer branding content is a strong plus.

Strong storytelling, copywriting, and scripting skills.

Tools are flexible (CapCut, Adobe, etc.) - evaluated on output quality.
