Role Overview

We re looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes social media, someone who can turn everyday ideas into scroll-stopping, heart-warming, and laughter-inducing content.

You ll work closely with our marketing team to create videos, trends, and stories that reflect Calo s purpose and connect with people across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.

Think of yourself as both the creator and storyteller, bringing our brand to life through the eyes, energy, and creativity of a Gen Z voice.

What You ll Do

• Conceptualize, film, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) that align with Calo s tone and message.
• Act as the face or voice in select videos, camera-friendly, authentic, and energetic.
• Spot and adapt viral trends, audio, and formats that can fit Calo s brand.
• Collaborate with our social, design, and campaign teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch fresh storytelling concepts weekly.
• Track content performance and audience feedback to refine future ideas.

What We re Looking For

• Emirati national.
• Recent graduate or early-career creator (0 2 years experience).
• A natural storyteller who lives on TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Comfortable in front of the camera and confident behind it.
• Passionate about food, lifestyle, and creativity.
• Strong sense of what makes a story relatable, funny, or emotionally engaging.
• Basic editing skills, you know your way around transitions, cuts, and captions.
