Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a LinkedIn-first content strategy aligned with brand and growth objectives.

  • Manage and maintain bilingual content streams (English & Arabic).

  • Capture, package, and publish success stories and case-style content.

  • Film, edit, and repurpose short-form video content for social and internal channels.

  • Support founders and employees in employee-generated content (EGC) creation.

  • Cover and document roundtables, workshops, and events, turning them into engaging content.

  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent posting rhythm.

  • Ensure all content reflects the brand tone, professional standards, and cultural fluency.

  • Leverage AI tools for video editing, captioning, content ideation, and basic automation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proficient in videography (phone + camera) and short-form video editing.

  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn content strategy and trends.

  • Bilingual content experience (English & Arabic) with cultural sensitivity.

  • Experience with AI tools for content creation, automation, and ideation.

  • Strong storytelling skills, especially for success stories, events, and community narratives.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven.
