Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee execution of social media strategies that align with the company s marketing goals.
  • Develop and curate engaging and creative content for social media platforms including text, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Maintain company s social media pages and profiles.
  • Create weekly, monthly and yearly calendar and oversee daily/routine postings on all accounts and respective platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Social media coverage during various types of events
  • Manage influencers program and coordinate with bloggers/influencers
  • Monitor social media activities, track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions and increase reach through social media content
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
  • Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies
  • Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications
  • Carry out and perform other related duties as specified and when required and assigned by the Line Manager to improve or enhance the efficiency of directorate s work and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

Bachelor s degree Marketing or related field.

Multimedia:
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Multimedia Field.

Using Adobe Creative Suite and programs that help in creating/editing video clips and animations and photos.

Social Media:

Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

Has direct experience managing or coordinating an organization's social media accounts.
