Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop monthly content strategies for clients

  • Build structured content calendars (Reels, posts, stories)

  • Identify trends and translate them into brand-aligned concepts

  • Define clear content pillars and messaging frameworks

  • Align content with client goals (growth, authority, conversions, branding)

Content Direction

  • Write briefs for editors and designers

  • Guide tone of voice and brand storytelling

  • Ensure visual and strategic consistency across all platforms

  • Optimize content formats for engagement and reach

Publishing & Community

  • Schedule and publish content across platforms

  • Write captions aligned with brand positioning

  • Optimize hashtags and post timing

  • Oversee community engagement (if required)

Performance & Optimization

  • Track content performance and analytics

  • Provide structured monthly reports

  • Identify improvement opportunities

  • Continuously refine strategy based on data

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

Basic Requirements

  • Experience in social media management

  • Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok algorithms

  • Ability to build content plans independently

  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Insights, etc.)

  • Strong English communication skills

Bonus (Not Required)

  • Experience working in an agency environment

  • Knowledge of personal branding strategies

  • Based in Dubai

  • Basic understanding of paid ads
