Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client s time zone. Role Overview The Content Marketing Specialist will serve as the primary creative force behind the company's storytelling, owning the full content lifecycle from editorial planning and creation to quality control and publication. This role is responsible for building brand authority, driving SEO and GEO growth, and producing high-impact content that resonates with HR leaders and employees alike. The Content Marketing Specialist will work cross-functionally with sales, clinical, and product teams to ensure every piece of content is accurate, on-brand, and strategically aligned. Location Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9AM - 5PM EST Key Responsibilities Editorial Operations & Content Management Build and maintain an enterprise content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic cadence across blogs, newsletters, social media, and campaigns. Manage the end-to-end editorial workflow, including internal stakeholder approvals and cross-departmental coordination with Sales, Clinical, and Product teams. Collaborate with creative, web, and marketing team members to ensure content aligns with visuals and design standards. Lead the annual audit and refresh of member marketing materials, sales collateral, and website copy to maintain brand accuracy and consistency. Content Creation Translate complex clinical data and program outcomes into compelling, accessible content for HR leaders and employees. Ghostwrite thought leadership pieces and execute PR and media outreach in collaboration with leadership to establish the brand as a visionary in the EAP space. Produce SEO- and GEO-optimized content to strengthen search and AI discovery authority. Create and update sales enablement materials including eGuides, case studies, and success stories that support the sales cycle. Leverage AI tools strategically to repurpose and version content at scale, preserving focus on high-level storytelling and creative strategy. Content Review & Quality Control Review all published content for clinical accuracy, brand voice, and messaging consistency. Serve as the final quality-control layer across blogs, newsletters, campaigns, social media, PR, and sales collateral. Conduct ongoing audits to ensure all materials reflect a modern, empathetic brand identity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, marketing communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing a content calendar and owning end-to-end editorial workflows.
  • Demonstrated track record creating blogs, newsletters, case studies, thought leadership content, and sales enablement materials.
  • Experience collaborating with leadership and subject matter experts to produce high-quality, accurate content.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress or a similar CMS for content publishing.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO and GEO content strategy.
  • Experience in EAP, benefits, healthcare, or mental health is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a high bar for quality and a strong editorial eye.
  • Ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistent brand voice across all content types and channels.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools as a creative partner to scale content production efficiently.
  • Solid understanding of how content drives growth from social engagement to search and AI discovery rankings.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
