Roles & Responsibilities
Your responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators.
- Identify the causes of underperformance and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitating Lean projects (5S, VSM, Kaizen).
- Train and support teams on continuous improvement tools.
- Standardize processes and update documentation.
- Collaborating with UAPs and support services to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare and monitor improvement action plans.
Specific projects for this position
- Deployment of Lean Manufacturing across the entire site.
- Implementation and monitoring of the performance system (SQCDP).
- Optimization of material flows and layouts.
- Automation and digitalization of certain processes.
- Harmonization of standards and practices between the Group's sites.
Desired Candidate Profile
The essentials:
- Engineering degree with significant experience in a similar position in the electronics field
- My mastery of Lean tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen, Kanban, flow, ...)
- My mastery of quality tools (FMEA, problem solving, MSA, SPC, ..)
- Mastery of tools and methods (time studies, capacity studies)
- Comp tences manag riales
- Professional level of English allowing communication with the Group's sites and international suppliers.
