Responsibilities:

  • Managing subcontractor agreements, variations, and approvals.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4 7 years of experience as a Contract Administrator within a construction company.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contract forms, including FIDIC.
  • UAE construction experience is a strong advantage.
