Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate contract terms with stakeholders to ensure clarity and compliance with legal standards.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential contractual liabilities and mitigate risks proactively.
- Liaise with project teams to align contract deliverables with project timelines and budget constraints.
- Review and analyze incoming contract proposals, providing expert recommendations to optimize terms for the company.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
10 years’ experience in a contracts management environment within the oil & gas and petrochemical industry.
Technical knowledge in reviewing and finalising various technical contracts.
Good knowledge of contract laws and industry practices.
Provide pre-award and post-contract award administration for Engineering & Projects Group.
