Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Identify opportunities for additional work, variations, and new projects
Support business development activities, including proposals and scope development
Manage engineering contracts and ensure client expectations are met
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects successfully
Represent the company in client meetings and negotiations
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field
Experience in client-facing engineering or contracting roles
Strong commercial awareness and business development mindset
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Understanding of engineering contracts and project delivery
