Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Preparation and Analysis:
    • Prepare and analyze contracts and legal documents for engineering projects.
    • Ensure compliance with project specifications and legal obligations.
  • Claims Management:
    • Manage and analyze claims both quantitatively and qualitatively.
    • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Technical and Legal Advice:
    • Provide technical and legal advice on contract terms.
    • Collaborate with the project team to ensure legal and engineering compliance.
  • Contract Execution and Monitoring:
    • Monitor contract execution to ensure all parties adhere to agreed terms.
    • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones in line with contractual commitments.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with project managers, legal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth contract management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in contract analysis and management for engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of various engineering contracts and types, such as FIDIC.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional certifications or diplomas in contracts and law are preferred.
