Contracts Manager

The ideal Contracts Manager will have:

• A BSc (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying
• A minimum of 20 years industry experience post-graduation
• At least 10 years experience in the UAE
• At least 10 years experience working on Luxury hospitality projects
• MRICS chartered status or currently enrolled on the RICS APC route (Essential)
• Must be located in Dubai or willing to relocate to work permanently in-country
• Longevity in previous and current roles a minimum of 1 year in current role is required. Candidates with extenuating circumstances and a proven track record of long tenures with previous employers will also be considered (Essential)
