Missions
Prepare and cook dishes according to the establishment's recipes and quality standards.
Participate in the development of menus and the preparation before service.
Cooking, seasoning and presentation of dishes.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP method).
Control the quality, freshness and quantity of the products used.
Profile
Good command of the techniques of preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes.
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety rules.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Organization, speed and rigor in the execution of tasks.
