Coordinator and Operation officer

We are looking for an experienced Operations and Pricing Coordinator with a background in Freight Forwarding (Sea & Air).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow up with Shipping Lines, Co-loaders, and Airlines for bookings and schedules.
• Handle LCL / FCL / Air Shipments – both Import & Export.
• Follow up with Transporters for delivery and collection arrangements.
• Coordinate with Customs Clearance teams and ensure smooth documentation flow.
• Prepare and manage shipment documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, etc.).
• Communicate with customers and agents to ensure timely updates and delivery.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding operations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UAE customs procedures.
• UAE Experience Is important.
