Architect Job Description:

We’re Looking For A Creative, Inspired, Ambitious, And Smart Architect To Handle Projects From The Initial Client Briefing Through To The Final Stages Of Construction.

The Architect's Responsibilities Include Managing Client Relationships, Developing And Presenting Design Proposals, Preparing Drawings, Specifications, Budgets, And Construction Documents, And Managing Project Teams. You Should Be Able To Take Ownership Of Your Project, Be It The Design And Construction Of A New Building, An Extension, Alterations, Or A Restoration Project, And Deliver On The Client's Requirements... Etc.

To Join Our Team As A Architect Designer, Engineering (Ideally 3 +Up Years Experience) As Part Of A Tight-Knit Team Of Designers, Engineering, Makers, And Strategists, To Increasing The Level Of The Firm, And Improving The Design Process Within The Framework Of Our Ideology And Philosophy.

This Permanent, Full-Time Job Is Based At Our HQ In Abu Dhabi, UAE.

To Be Successful In This Position, You Should Be Able To Visualize Space In Three Dimensions, Drawing, Specifications, And Materials, and Have A Good Understanding Of Construction Technologies. And Be An Effective Project Manager. An Outstanding Architect Will Have Strong Interpersonal Skills, Demonstrate Superior Technical Design Skills, And Be Able To Create Designs That Are Functional, Creative, and Sustainable... Etc.

Architect Responsibilities:

Meeting With Clients And Determining Their Needs And Requirements... Etc.

Managing Design Projects From Concept Development Through To Completion... Etc.

Developing. And Presenting Project Proposals... Etc.

Adjusting Designs And Plans To Meet The Client's Needs... Etc.

Preparing Drawings, Blueprints, Specifications, And Construction Documents... Etc.

Conducting Research And Compiling Reports On Feasibility And Environmental Impact... Etc.

Complying With Safety Standards And Local Planning Regulations... Etc.

Architect Requirements:

Degree In Architecture Or A Related Field... Etc.

Previous 4 +Up Years Experience As An Architect Preferred.

As You Are Aware, We Operate On Our Own Terms, So If You Are Willing To Join Our Designer's Team. The Workplace Is In Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Branch. As A Full-Time Work.
