Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Business Centre Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting sales-related activities to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and client retention. This includes assisting with new lease opportunities, promoting Business Centre services and Value-Added Services (VAS), tracking renewals and upgrades, preparing sales reports, and providing day-to-day coordination support for the team. The role ensures that sales processes are executed efficiently and clients are engaged proactively.

  1. Support new lease opportunities by managing inquiries, following up with prospects, coordinating viewings, preparing documentation, ensuring timely processing, and maintaining accurate sales records.

  2. Promote business centre services, recommend suitable options to clients, keep materials updated, and drive service adoption to improve client satisfaction and increase revenue.

  3. Manage lease renewals by tracking expirations, securing timely renewals, identifying upgrade opportunities, and coordinating documentation with finance and operations to reduce churn and support revenue growth

  4. Prepare sales and occupancy reports, monitor lease activities, ensure consistent follow-up on leads, and support internal reporting and presentations.

  5. Coordinate daily sales activities, manage communication between teams, support client feedback initiatives, and handle administrative tasks to assist senior staff.

  6. Stay informed on products, services, and market trends, and support the promotion of new or updated offerings..

  7. Manage and track sales leads, support client retention, and monitor occupancy to promote business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor Degree

  • Minimum 5 - 6 years relevant experience

  • Very good command over English, both written and spoken. Arabic would be an advantage

  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office

  • Problem Solving Skills
