Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and coordinate daily vehicle deployment and availability

  • Track vehicle movement, utilization, and delivery schedules

  • Coordinate with drivers for routes, attendance, and assignments

  • Ensure timely vehicle servicing, maintenance, and documentation renewal

  • Maintain fleet records including insurance, registration, and permits

  • Create and generate reports

  • Has a good experience in power BI & expertise in Excel

  • Knowledge of data analysis and KPIs preferable

  • Reports breakdowns, delays, and operational issues to management

  • Support compliance with safety, RTA, and company policies.

























Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in fleet or transport operations

  • Basic knowledge of UAE roads, fleet compliance, and vehicle documentation

  • Working knowledge of tracking systems

  • Expertise in Advanced Excel, Power BI and Reporting is a must.

  • Experience in logistics, last-mile, or cold-chain operations preferred.
