Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain high quality job standards and professional image relationship with suppliers/contractors and staffs
- Effective and efficient retrieval of all data pertaining to operational activities
- Operates within established level of operational responsibility and authority
- To continuously implement cost control measures and strategies in Resource requirements
- Proactively assist Hospitality Operation department heads in various projects
- Initiate the Procurement procedure based on records maintained and based upon the quality check
- Follow up on the release of QEFs and LPOs by P&C department
- To be well versed with PR, PO generations in line with valid contracts and approved budget
- Support Department on Annual CAPEX Planning
- Support developing ROI measurement tool for CAPEX purchases
- Manage Business Case development for CAPEX purchases
- To Liaise with Accounts Payable with regards to vendors payment
- To analyze and reconcile the payable invoices and provide feedback for any variation
- Monthly accrual
- Knowledge and improve the service operations, knowledgeable about all the resources of CAPEX and OPEQ
- Coordination with the F&B Retail manger/ event planner to understand third party vendor requirement for event
- Communication and coordination with food vendors and finding the suitable from the market based on the event structure
- Preparation of event proposal and communication to the stake holders for approval
- Contracting, on boarding process and post event payment coordination as per the food truck SOP
- Ensures and support inter departmental coordination for effective utilization of resources (e.g. Operations, Production Kitchen, Commercial, central support, Fleet, resource planning etc)
- Ensure guest satisfaction with products and services. By coordinating the required samples on a timely manner for last minute Vip events, weddings and others
- Working on the Actual orders and coordinating with supplier until delivery of the promised equipment to provide to the events
- Ensure complaints are dealt promptly and efficiently
- Gather suggestion and feedback from the Vendor and internal clients to improve service standards
- In line with new implemented systems, maintain the track of all the tasks assigned and utilization reports
- To reconcile Delivery notes and system generated reports for suppliers invoicing
- To ensure deliverables are in line with approved standards and directives by management
- Perform duties in line with the Quality standards, applicable Legislation and Audit perspective
- Maintain administrative workflow as per the approved methods/process
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and honesty
- To support the achievement of budgeted financial and operating cost set by Management
- Process and report all financial transactions
- To protect all DWTC assets during event within or outside DWTC
- Reports all incidents/ accidents in accordance with established DWTC Varp procedures

- To work as per the business/operations demands within DWTC or outside DWTC
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma/Degree or a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar field
