Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Classified documents verification.
  • Create Compliance and Legal tickets using company system (MSD).
  • Daily monitoring of application and follow up with 3PL s Owners regarding their documents required by compliance and legal.
  • Follow-ups on 3pls applications with Legal and Compliance and ensure 3pls are onboarded within service level agreement.
  • Update database and create reports for management.
  • Manage contracts data and liaise with management and liaise with finance.
  • Guide and communicate 3PL s owners regarding onboarding process for riders after signing the contract.
  • Monitor 3pls contract expiration and communicate with 3pls and legal to renew their contracts.
  • Monitor active/inactive contracts and riders count for each contract and report to management.
  • Provide support to line manager to develop standard operating procedures as required.
  • Any additional tasks as requested by the department manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have experience in handling classified documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and GRD function.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in a cross-cultural setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to handle irate individuals in a calm and professional manner.
  • People management skills.
  • Advance MS office, google docs, sheets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is a must-have.
