Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Classified documents verification.
- Create Compliance and Legal tickets using company system (MSD).
- Daily monitoring of application and follow up with 3PL s Owners regarding their documents required by compliance and legal.
- Follow-ups on 3pls applications with Legal and Compliance and ensure 3pls are onboarded within service level agreement.
- Update database and create reports for management.
- Manage contracts data and liaise with management and liaise with finance.
- Guide and communicate 3PL s owners regarding onboarding process for riders after signing the contract.
- Monitor 3pls contract expiration and communicate with 3pls and legal to renew their contracts.
- Monitor active/inactive contracts and riders count for each contract and report to management.
- Provide support to line manager to develop standard operating procedures as required.
- Any additional tasks as requested by the department manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have experience in handling classified documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and GRD function.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in a cross-cultural setting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time with cross-functional teams.
- Able to handle irate individuals in a calm and professional manner.
- People management skills.
- Advance MS office, google docs, sheets.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is a must-have.
