Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supports the Department in strengthening corporate, academic, community engagement in alignment with the mission and strategic priorities.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and industry partners, fostering a positive brand image.

  • Plan and execute outreach events, campaigns, and initiatives to increase brand visibility and engagement within the community.

  • Manage and update the company's online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and online publications, ensuring consistent messaging.

  • Manages student, intern, or trainee placements by bridging the gap between educational institutions and industry partners.

  • Facilitate, and monitor work experience opportunities, ensuring compliance with safety and curriculum standards.

  • Responsible as Employer outreach, student mentorship, and database management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in corporate affairs, public relations, or community outreach, demonstrating increasing responsibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and present information effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
