Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
An international law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate (3 5 PQE) to join its growing team in Dubai, with regular exposure to matters across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the partners and team advising international clients across the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia. The role offers excellent long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, joint ventures, corporate structuring, and foreign direct investment.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Supporting cross-border transactions involving banking & finance, real estate, technology, and IP.
- Working directly with multinational clients on market entry, structuring, and compliance across the GCC.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- 3 5 years post-qualification experience gained at Legal 500 law firm, ideally in the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong background in corporate law and commercial drafting.
- Experience or interest in working on Middle East-focused transactions, particularly in the UAE and KSA.
- Flexible, hands-on approach and willingness to support a broad range of matters.
- Arabic language skills and/or previous regional experience would be an advantage but are not essential.
