Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1- Quarterly Townhall Comms:

-Co-ordination of the collation of PPT materials from leaders across PTAB

-Preparation and sending of event invite

-Set up support/Q&A/Menti etc

-Post-Event recap emails

2- Viva Engage (Internal Portal))

-Management of B&W PTAB Viva Engage to ensure ongoing content generation and engagement from PTAB Team

3-Monthly Newsletter

Collation of Viva Engage articles into a monthly newsletter

4-Event support

-For townhalls and any other places where comms plays a role

5- Social Media

Support writing of social media posts and image generation

4- On-going Comms

Support any other on-going comms and management of PTAB email

5- Leadership Messaging and Engagement Support

Leadership communication development briefing preparation

Desired Candidate Profile

SKILLS; 1-Excellent command over English. Arabic expertise will be an added advantage 2- Strong creative writing skills 3-Creative design skills with expertise in managing basic software such as CANVA to create comms messaging designs 2- An element of expertise on social media management ATTITUDES: 1-Willing to learn and work on anything/everything and sees every task as a new learning opportunity 2- Eye for detail and strong execution 3-Independent worker who is well organized and does not require constant supervision 4-Confident , poised and able to speak and engage with both junior and senior leadership
