Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive and grow corporate and events revenue while positioning Sweet Treats brands as a preferred partner for high-volume corporate gifting and events.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve the annual corporate sales revenue.
- Develop and manage corporate, government, and private sector accounts.
- Lead end-to-end corporate sales and events execution.
- Leverage strong database and industry contacts.
- Coordinate with operations, production, and merchandising teams.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in business, retail, or related field.
- 5 8 years experience in a reputable confectionery / food brand with strong corporate business
- Proven leadership, people management, and project management skills.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally & overseas.
- Flexible to work extended hours when required.
