Job Description

As a Corporate Recruiter in the Automotive sector, your role will be key in the development and growth of our recruitment strategies, particularly focusing on obtaining top talent for various automotive roles within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, source and attract high-quality candidates, and manage all aspects of the recruitment process from start to finish. Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of different roles within the automotive sector and a proven track record of successful recruitment.


Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs.
  • Design and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies that align with company goals.
  • Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct detailed interviews to assess applicants skills and qualifications.
  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of interviews and hiring processes.

  • Manage and mentor junior recruitment staff and provide necessary training.
  • Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates and extend official job offers.
  • Provide candidates with valuable feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of recruiting experience in the automotive sector is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruiting and hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Deep knowledge of industry trends and emerging roles in the automotive sector.
