Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the cosmetics and beauty sector.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners to ensure brand visibility and market share growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and product launches, to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the beauty industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience within the cosmetics or beauty industry, demonstrating a track record of success.

  • Experience working with international brands and distributors is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of the beauty market, including trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
