Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Conduct frequent visits to potential and new customers to expand business opportunities.
· Identify and introduce innovative products and solutions to meet market demands.
· Hold weekly review meetings with the Director and Sales Manager to track progress and align strategies.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with top corporate clients.
· Deliver professional presentations and represent the company to key corporate customers.
· Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
· Prepare and present regular business reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
· Negotiate and close high-value business deals with corporate clients.
· Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
· Ensure high standards of professionalism, customer service, and company representation at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
· 2–3 years of proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or key account management within the UAE.
· Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Hindi(Malayalam or Arabic is a plus).
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with top corporate clients.
· Experience in preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and business insights to management.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
· Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve sales targets under pressure.
· Strong market awareness with the ability to analyze competitor activities and industry trends.
