Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of cosmetic manufacturing, from raw material intake to finished product dispatch, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Implement and maintain stringent quality control procedures, guaranteeing adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage and optimize production schedules, effectively balancing output with resource allocation to meet demand and minimize waste.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of production staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is a must have for this role.
  • Possess at least 7 years of progressive experience in cosmetic manufacturing operations.
  • Proven experience in managing a team of at least 50+ employees within a cosmetic manufacturing facility.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO standards.
