Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Psychologist who specializes in motivation, coaching, and mentoring to support our employees’ professional and personal growth. This role focuses on inspiring our team and helping individuals unlock their full potential.


Key Responsibilities:

· Listen to employees’ problems and help them to get back to the normal mental strength.

· Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions.

· Provide motivational talks and workshops to boost performance.

· Mentor employees to develop skills, confidence, and resilience.

· Support staff in managing stress, adapting to challenges, and maintaining focus.

· Create and implement employee wellness and growth programs.

· Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, Counseling, Coaching, or related field.

· Valid license to practice psychology in the UAE (or eligibility).

· Strong experience in motivational coaching and mentoring.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

· Positive, energetic, and inspiring personality.
