Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check verifications.
  • Disburse funds accurately and securely in accordance with company policies.
  • Balance and reconcile cash drawers with internal records at the end of each day.
  • Ensure compliance with AML, security, and confidentiality regulations.
  • Stay informed on financial procedures, products, and relevant industry standards.
  • Provide professional and courteous service to clients and vendors.
  • Record and process all transactions accurately through ERP platforms such as NetSuite.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 4 5 years of experience as a Counter Teller, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential financial data responsibly.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or SAP required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
