A leading Paint Manufacturing company in KSA Saudi Arabia Painting, Our client, A leading Paint Manufacturing company in KSA is looking for Country Commercial Manager (Sales & Marketing Manager) to be based in Riyadh and reports to CEO. The general objective of the job: • Drives revenue, market share, and strategic growth • Lead and develop the company's sales strategy, with a special focus on major project sales, ensuring revenue growth, increasing market share, and fostering relationships • Ideal candidate should have good experience / Exposure in KSA and will be responsible for leading and developing all sales activities of the company / the three main channels: Retail Sales, Online Store Sales and Projects Sales.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities: include P&L management, market expansion across KSA mega-projects, and client negotiations

1. Preparing and implementing strategic sales plans at the level of all channels, with a special focus on developing sales of projects (B2B - contracting - major government and private sectors).

2. Set monthly and annual sales targets, with clear targets for project sales and increase profit margin.

3. Building and developing a strong network of relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and real estate developers.

4. Lead the sales team and motivate them to achieve high results in profitable sales, especially in the projects sector.

5. Analyze market and competitor data and provide product recommendations, prices, and appropriate marketing strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.

6. Cooperating with the production department to ensure the availability of products and specifications required for customer projects in a timely manner.

7. Follow up on financial collections and ensure the implementation of credit policies in order to achieve a balance of profitability and reduce financial risks.

8. Prepare periodic reports to senior management on sales performance, profitability level, market challenges, and expansion opportunities.

9. Representing the company in major exhibitions and events to enhance the commercial presence

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree [appropriate field, such as business administration, engineering]. MBA qualified candidates are preferable.

Experience: 8-15 years of progressive commercial and leadership experience within the paints, coatings, or building materials industry/ also close industries like FMCG Only experienced candidates, preferably from paints industry.
