Country Manager, Saudi

Our client is well-recognised and highly regarded within the Oil & Gas sector, with market leading technology and a forward thinking senior management team. We are looking for a highly driven individual who is an exceptional Business Manager who is also an exceptional Business Developer with a demonstrable background doing business with Saudi Aramco.

Key Responsibilities;

• Marketing Downhole applications and services and generating enquiries with all Operators in Saudi Arabia.
• Identifying key technical partnerships in Saudi Arabia and, with line management, agreeing on the way forward in regard to MOUs, MSAs, etc if so required.
• Reviewing enquiries both technically and commercially and producing customer quotes in conjunction with line management.
• Ensuring the business is registered with all Technical Partners in Saudi Arabia for any tenders.
• Working closely with the local agent, to identify all opportunities available in the market and ensure technical presentations are carried out to all the key stakeholders within Saudi Aramco.
• Lead Saudi Arabia s Critical Factors for Success (CFS), review and manage actions assigned to deliver, with routine updates to MENA Management for progression
• Weekly Sales Reports and CRM maintenance
• CVR entry and client engagement
• Accurate monthly, quarterly and annual forecast input to line management
• Success story capture and communication internally and externally
• Attendance of daily or scheduled meetings with clients and service companies as required in the region.
• Training & guidance of local Sr. Technical Sales Advisor and Technical Sales Advisor.
• Take a proactive and involved approach to the Health and Safety program as a participant and mentor.
• Pre-job meetings with client and post-job wash-up meetings, including HAZOP or equivalent.
• P&L Management of Saudi Arabia controllable fixed costs and operational costs within the business unit.

You will have a technical background in Well Interventions with a preference towards e-line/logging or well tractor. Further, you will have a demonstrable background as a Country Manager with a proven track record in Sales & Business Development and P&L management. Our client has a preference to identify a Saudi National for this position.
